Frank is our sourdough starter, the secret ingredient behind all our delicious dough. Frank is used in all our recipes to replace commercial yeast. Frank gives our bakings a more rich and tangy flavor. Plus he adds something extra for your gut health!

Frank is used in all our bakings. A few hours before we make the dough, we make sure to feed Frank properly so it is nice and strong the moment we need him.
